Have you heard about one of the newest Salesforce training courses? It's the Salesforce Fundamentals for Business Administration Specialists (BSX-101). If you are not a system administrator or developer, but you really want to know what you and your business can achieve on the Salesforce platform, then this course is for you. As a project manager, business analyst, operations manager or business executive, you should be an active member of your Salesforce team, and having a solid understanding of best practice and the art of what's possible will enable you to be more effective in your role.
The course is three days long, and can be attended virtually or in the U.K. There are no pre-requisites, but it is always good to learn a little before you attend, and we'd suggest using Trailhead to learn about Salesforce Navigation as a minmum before you go. Also, one of the great features of the BSX-101 is that the exercises are done in the Trailhead playground earning you points and badges as you go, so taking a little training beforehand will get you familiar with the Trailhead before you attend.
As with all Salesforce workshops, you will also gain a heap of knowledge from the instructor and group discussions - an invaluable experience to supercharge Salesforce from the moment you get back to the office.
