Back in October last year, we decided that it was time to start our very own Salesforce Graduate Scheme. It was something that we had really wanted to get off the ground for some time, and finally being in a position to make it happen, was very exciting for us.
We enrolled five graduates, all of whom had a mix of Salesforce experience - some being very limited (user level), to others who were completely new to Salesforce altogether!
Right from the get-go, their dedication, hard work and commitment was evident, it was really beginning to pay off. Along with support and guidance from our senior consultants, they had all managed to earn Salesforce Certified Administrator status after just 6 weeks.
Over the next couple of months, the graduates continued with their professional development. Their enthuisiam and passion really helped push them to the next level. Some of them have now become Trailhead Blazers and the rest are not far behind. Amazingly, four of them have now achieved Salesforce Instructor Certification and it doesn't end there - two graduates from our scheme have already begun putting their skills, learning and experience to good practice by going out and about, working on Salesforce consultancy projects.
What's next for our graduates? Well, they will continue to receive full support and guidance from our consultants, particularly on customer experience and delivery so that they can soon enough venture out and teach the world how to use Salesforce!
We are very proud of how far they have come and what they have managed to achieve in such a short space of time. We are already thinking of enrolling another bunch of budding Salesforce enthusiasts! Watch this space...
